# Available resources

# ✔️ Resource types

Resources are items from your Shopify markets that can be switched with the help of our Selecty app. You can change their order or set custom items or names.

|| Note: This option is available for the Premium plan only.

Available resources in Shopify stores:

* **Countries** - a list of countries added to your Shopify markets.
* **Currencies** - a list of currencies that correspond to the countries added to your markets. By default, your store has only one currency in the primary market. To use the local currencies of the countries you've added in additional markets, the Shopify payments option should be available in your store. You can find the list of countries where the Shopify payments option is available on the [Supported countries for Shopify payments](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/shopify-payments/supported-countries) page.
* **Languages** - a list of languages added to your Shopify markets. Please note that the required languages should first be added at **Shopify settings** -> **Languages** and assigned to the required markets.
* **Market Domains** - a list of active markets on your store. Please note that each market should be pointed to a separate domain/subdomain in order to be displayed in the market domain list. For more details please refer to the **Shopify settings** -> **Domains**.

| Note: Market Domains work correctly when each market points to a separate domain or subdomain.

If you need more options for customizing your store, Selecty provides a possibility to add custom resources.

To point language, currency, or country to the required URL.

Also, you can set custom URLs for the existing resources.

Moreover, you can create your own custom resources and apply them by following the next steps:

1. Click on the Resource list -> **Add custom resource**.
2. Enter the name of your resource and click **Apply**.
3. You will be moved to the page of the created resource. To add the required resources, click on **Add resource** on the top-right corner.
4. Enter the title and link of the resource and click Apply and Save.

Now the created custom resource should be applied to the required selector. Open the required selector or banner -> click on the Resource list and select your created resource. **Save** the changes.

# ✔️ Additional resources

**Add thirty-party resources**

This option allows you to create a custom resource item with the required URL.

* Go to Resources -> click **Add resource** -> Add third-party resource.
* Fill the fields in the appeared window -> Click **Apply**.

**Add market resource**

Shopify market resources can be added from the side of your Shopify store only. As a result, when you click Add market resource in our app you will be redirected to the Markets section of your store.

* Go to Resources -> click **Add resource** -> Add market resource.
* You will be moved to the Markets page. Click **Add market** -> enter the market’s name and select the market(s) that you need and click Add market.
