According to Shopify rules, a customer can accept a maximum of three post-purchase offers for each checkout. This limit is set by Shopify and applies to every post-purchase app.

The limit covers only the post-purchase page, which appears after the order is confirmed and before the Thank you page. To see the flow, go to **Funnels**, open a funnel and click the **Post-purchase** step.

The **Post-purchase offer flow** has up to five offers on three levels:

- **Upsell 1**: the first offer the customer sees after payment.
- **Upsell 2** appears if the customer accepts Upsell 1. **Downsell 1** appears if they decline it.
- **Upsell 3** appears if the customer accepts Upsell 2. **Downsell 2** appears if they decline it.

Each customer sees no more than three offers and can accept up to three: Upsell 1, Upsell 2 and Upsell 3. You can't add a fourth level to the flow.
