Can I schedule the banner to display at a specific time?

Yes, Quicky provides such option. You can set the banner display time in the banner settings.
Click on banner that you want to add to your store. Make appropriate settings and click on the Settings section -> find the Scheduling section and set the period of time when you want to display your banner.
