✔️ Does the email bot send any emails?

No, it does not. The bot only can receive and forward emails to the channel.

✔️ Does the email bot store attachments?

No, it doesn’t store attachments. All attachments are sent to the discord channel and they are not stored on our servers.

✔️ Does the email bot store the body of the email outside of the discord channel?

Yes. Since the discord channel cannot display the HTML markup of the email, the body of the email is stored on the bot's server to be able to view the email in its original form. The body of the letter is stored on the server for 3 months.

✔️ What to do if my letter was not shown in the discord channel?

✔️ If I have questions about the Bot, how can I get it?

You can get it in 2 ways:

Enter and send the /help command in the channel with bot. You will get a short guide and contacts of our support.
Directly contact our support team: support@devit.group.

✔️ Can I add Bot to all my channels?

Yes, you can add bot to all your channels. The Email bot generates unique email addresses for every integration. Therefore, you can create as many integrations as you need.

✔️ Can I remove the Bot from channel if I don't need it anymore?

Yes, you can remove it by using the /disconnect command. Just enter this command in the channel where you want to delete the bot and it will be disconnected.
