There are two ways to subscribe:

If you are already a bot user, you should have received an email with a notification about a paid subscription. Open the message -> click Standard.
You can also click on the bot icon on the right-hand side menu.

And follow these steps:

Click on the Email bot icon on the right-hand side menu.
Click Store -> Subscribe.

Select the server where you want to activate the subscription and click Confirm.
Select the plan and a payment method -> click Subscribe.

✔️ Where can I check my subscription status?

Use the /list command and click the Stats button. There you can check your subscription status.

✔️ How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel the subscription, follow these steps:

Go to Discord Settings -> Subscriptions.
Find the Email bot and click on Cancel Plan.

✔️ What is the available trial period?

Please note: if you subscribe before your free trial ends, the trial will end immediately and your paid subscription will start right away.

✔️ What happens after the trial period ends?

Once the trial ends, your subscription will be canceled automatically, and the bot will stop working. To keep using it, you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan.

✔️ Can I restore access after the bot is blocked?

Yes, you can restore access at any time by subscribing to a paid plan. Everything will start working again right after you subscribe.

✔️ What is the subscription price?

There are three available plans:

Basic - $3.99 per month For solo entrepreneurs

Unlimited channels
Email preview
100 emails per month
Limit 10 emails per minute in the queue
Storage 3 months

Grow - $5.99 per month For small communities

Unlimited channels
Email preview
300 emails per month
Limit 20 emails per minute in the queue
Storage 6 months

Advanced - $7.99 per month As your community scales

Unlimited channels
Email preview
Unlimited emails
Limit 100 emails per minute in the queue
Storage 12 months

Please note that additional taxes may be applied by Discord.

✔️ What should I do if my subscription payment wasn’t processed?

This can happen for a few reasons, like insufficient funds. Don’t worry - Discord will automatically retry the payment within 7 to 30 days.

If the payment still doesn’t go through, your subscription will be canceled and the bot will be blocked. You can always try subscribing again or reach out to our support team for help.

✔️ Is the subscription limited to one server?

Yes, each subscription is linked to a specific server. If you'd like to use the bot on a different server, you’ll need a separate subscription for that server.

✔️ Can another person use the bot?

Yes, other members can use the bot and access its features. However, they’ll only see and manage their own email connections. Each user’s connections are private and not visible to others.

If you have admin rights, you will be able to view all connections of other users via the /list command.

✔️ What happens if the payer leaves the server?

If the person who subscribed leaves the server, the subscription will stay active until the end of the paid period. After that, it will be automatically canceled unless renewed.
