My labels are not showing - what should I do?
Labels are not displayed
There is no universal method for integrating labels into custom themes, as each theme is unique. There are the most common options to check:
1.App embeds
Check if the Lably app is enabled in your theme’s App embeds.
2. Label status
Check the status of the label. If it’s set to Draft or Unpublished, switch it to Published.
3. Display settings
In the Customization section, check the following options:

- Week Schedule – check if the label is set for specific days or times.
- Visibility on Pages – ensure the label is allowed to appear on the right store pages.
- Display Period – check if the start/end dates include the current date.
4. Display conditions
Open the Display Conditions section and check settings.
5. Custom selectors

6. Contact support
