How to cancel your subscription or uninstall React Flow

In this article:

React Flow is billed through your Shopify bill. You can switch to another plan inside the app, or uninstall React Flow, which cancels any plan and stops all charges. This article explains both and what to check before you uninstall.

Change or cancel your plan

You can cancel a paid plan in two ways:

  • Switch to the Pay as you go plan on the Plans page in React Flow. It has no monthly fee: you pay only for runs over 100 per month, and up to 20 workflows can be active.
  • Uninstall React Flow. Uninstalling the app automatically cancels any plan.

Before you uninstall

  • All workflows stop. Automations, scheduled workflows and connectors stop working right away, including delayed steps that haven't run yet.
  • Shopify Functions stop. Discounts and other functions created in React Flow stop working and are deleted.
  • Save what you need. Workflows, counters and activity history might not be restored if you install React Flow again.
  • Connected services. Webhook URLs from React Flow stop working. Update the external services that send data to them.

Uninstall React Flow

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps.
  2. Click the menu icon (...) next to React Flow and select Uninstall.

  1. Select a reason under Reason for uninstalling. You can also add a comment in Share feedback: it helps us improve the app.
  2. Click Uninstall.

Shopify warns that uninstalling deletes the data the app manages, such as discounts. If you install React Flow again later, you'll need to set it up again.

What happens to billing

Uninstalling React Flow cancels its future recurring charges. Charges for the current billing cycle may still appear on your next Shopify bill, because apps are billed on their own 30-day cycle.

Runs over your plan limit from the current billing cycle are added to your next Shopify bill, even after you uninstall.

Refunds for app charges are handled by the app developer, not by Shopify. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at support@devit.software before you uninstall.
