The Add-on Services option allows you to offer extra services or complementary products directly on the Checkout and Post-purchase pages. It helps increase the average order value by suggesting relevant add-ons that enhance the main purchase and improve the customer’s experience.


✔️ Types of Add-on services


  • Shipping protection - covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages, helping shoppers feel more confident about their purchase and improving trust in your store.
  • Gift wrapping is perfect for holidays and special occasions making the shopping experience more personal.
  • Personal offer — a product you select from your store’s existing catalog and promote as a special bonus.


✔️ Ways to add Add-on services to your offer


Add an Add-on offer


  1. On the Checkout or Post-purchase step, click Add offer and click Add-on.



  1. Choose the type of add-on service: Shipping protection or Gift wrapping.
  2. In the Configuration section select the suitable option.
  • Automatic offer creation - the app will automatically choose suitable products.
  • Select existing product - manually choose a specific product to offer.
  1. In the Price section, set the amount for the selected service.
  2. Click Save.



Note: You can add the same type of add-on offers to both the Checkout and Post-purchase pages. If a customer accepts the offer during Checkout, it will automatically be hidden on the Post-purchase step.


Add widget


On the Checkout and Post-purchase steps you can edit your offers and add add-on widgets:


  1. Open the funnel and move to the Checkout or Post-purchase step.
  2. Click Edit offer.
  3. Click Add widget -> Add-on services.
  4. In the right menu make the appropriate settings: set the type of the service, set title and description, checkbox text and price.
  5. Click Save in the upper right corner.
