✔️ Orders page


What is the Orders page?


The Orders page displays a list of store orders along with key upsell funnel pages (checkout, post-purchase, thank you, and order status page) and the financial results (upsell revenue). It provides a clear overview of each order’s progress through the funnel, along with tools to search, filter, and analyze performance.


To check the status of your orders, go to the Orders section in your app.

Unique order number in the format #9921. Clickable - leads to the detailed order page

Date and time of order creation

Checkout

Shows the status of the offer on the Checkout page

Post purchase

Shows the status of the offer on the Post purchase page

Thank you page

Shows the status of the offer on the Thank you page

Order status page

Shows the status of the offer on the Order status page

Upsell revenue

Total upsell revenue for this order

Tip: Use the date and status filters in the top-right corner to narrow down your orders.


Name

Description

Accepted

Shown when the offer was accepted and paid by the customer.

Shown

The offer was shown, but the customer took no action (neither accepted nor declined).

Declined

The customer declined the offer.

Skipped

The offer was configured but was not shown to the customer, e.g. "Display when" conditions for the funnel were not met or the product is out of stock.

Not set

The page was not configured or has no data.

Not visited

The page has a configured upsell offer, but it was not shown because the customer did not reach the page, or the page was not displayed for other reasons (e.g., the post-purchase page was not rendered due to Shopify limitations).

Unpaid

The customer has accepted the offer. The payment is either still pending from the customer, or the charge has been authorized and is awaiting capture by the merchant.

What is the Order Details page?


The Order details page provides detailed information about a specific order and the results of the funnel applied to it.


It allows you to view key order and product data, as well as upsell statuses across different pages of the funnel.

Here you’ll find all items included in the order. Items added through Resell funnels are highlighted with the app icon for easy identification.


Upsells block


This block displays all funnel pages (checkout, post-purchase, thank you page, order status page) and information about each of them. For example, you can see the status of each page (skipped, accepted, etc.), the offer's timeline, and related details.


Note: Upsell offers on different pages can come from different funnels based on funnel priority. For example, if Funnel 1 is configured for the post-purchase page and Funnel 2 for the thank-you page, a single order may display offers from both funnels at the respective pages.

Accepted

Shown when the offer was accepted and paid by the customer.

Declined

The customer clicked the Decline button on the post-purchase page.

Not set

The offer is not configured.

Shown

The offer was shown but the customer took no action.

Skipped

The offer was configured but was not shown to the customer, e.g. "Display when" conditions for the funnel were not met or the product is out of stock.
