Reasons Why Offer Not Displayed

Sometimes it may happen that the offer is not displayed. Here is a list of the most common reasons why it happens:

Alternative payment methods (such as Klarna, Affirm, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay)
If your store is multi-currency and the order was made in a currency that is different from the “store currency”.
In the Checkout settings, the ReSell app is not enabled as your post-purchase page app.
The order was free ($0) or a customer used a Gift Card or COD to pay.
The product in the original order and the upsold product are both subscription products.
The product’s inventory is tracked and the inventory amount is equal to zero or less.
Your product has been ordered for local delivery.
The Shopify platform is overloaded.

If you use PayPal, please ensure that your store is approved for PayPal Automatic payments.
